The version-specific downloads below remain available for recovery. Check the version for your computer before installing.

Platform Release Installer
Windows x64 0.1.9 Download
macOS on Apple silicon 0.1.9 Download
Linux x64 (.deb) 0.1.9 Download

Open a compatible project, work with a supported assistant or edit files directly, and run its configured services and previews from the desktop workspace. The Windows installer is unsigned and may show a SmartScreen warning on first run. The macOS download is for Apple silicon, signed and notarized. The Linux download is a 64-bit .deb package for Debian and Ubuntu. The browser client is available at app.lyrestudio.net. Android is available on Google Play in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. Store versions advance independently of desktop releases. The iOS client still requires a supplied compatible build.

Local work does not require a Lyre account

You can use local projects and local-network workflows without a Lyre cloud account. Sign-in is required for account-backed services such as hosted remote preview and subscription access. Free includes 30 minutes per account per UTC month shared across remote app previews and remote desktop on all devices. Sign in on the host to use the remote allowance. Local and LAN viewing have no time limit. Existing traffic limits still apply. Coding providers still have their own accounts and usage charges. Donations do not grant a subscription or extra project permissions.

Phone and browser clients

Use the browser client on a phone, tablet or another computer. A native phone client needs its supplied compatible build and platform permissions. Store listings and a browser connection are separate installation paths.

Pair the client with the host and approve the access you need. Native store clients do not execute downloaded plugin catalogs. Connect a device.

Choose the matching feature guide

For project work, start with Library, Conversations and App previews. Remote desktop, plugins and publishing have their own platform and access requirements.

Update the build you use

Use the installer for your platform and review its published release notes. Follow updating and reporting problems. A feature requiring a host capability offers its controls only on a compatible host; ordinary existing workflows keep their supported connection path.
